Once your order is confirmed, it will generally be delivered within approximately 5–7 business days.

In general, the SF Express courier will contact the recipient before delivery. If no one is available for the first delivery attempt, a second delivery can be arranged at no additional charge. You may also choose to collect your order from an SF Store, SF Express Service Partner, or SF Locker. Please note that SF Express Service Partners and SF Lockers may have storage capacity or parcel-size restrictions.
