Even if Vital Care has been advised of the possibility of such losses, such advice shall not constitute a basis for liability.
    8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Care’s total liability arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale or the related transactions, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statutory liability, or any other grounds, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant transaction. Vital Care shall not be liable for any losses exceeding such amount.
    9. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, no third party who is not a party to this Agreement shall have or be entitled to enforce any rights or benefits under this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) or any other applicable laws.
