服用方法

For infants and children 5 years or younger:
Take 1 sachet daily, with meal.

For pregnant & lactating women, and children 6 years or above:
Health maintenance - Take 1 sachet daily, with meal.
Enhanced support - Take 2 sachets daily, with meal.

It can be taken directly or mixed with milk or yogurt. It is best to be dissolved below 40oC and consume within 30 minutes.
