Return & Exchange

Once an order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Please have a look on the order and product details before placing an order.


We only accept the following cases for product return, exchange or refund:

  1. Damaged product(s)
  2. Missing item(s)
  3. Wrong product(s) delivered
  4. Product Quality Issue(s)

If you find the above case(s) upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service staff at (+852) 2126 1168 or ag-enquiry@ck-lifesciences.com in 7 days after your order is received.


Product(s) to be returned or refunded, except damaged product(s) or product(s) with quality issue(s), have to retain intact packaging and be returned along with the gifts, coupons, rebates or points (in its original intact status) rewarded in respect of the purchase of the product(s).


All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and exchange or refund will be arranged if requirements are met. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be the final judgement.
