Adults and children 4 years or above:
Health maintenance: Take 1 capsule daily, with meal.
Enhanced support: Take 2 capsules daily, with meal. 
It can be taken directly or mixed with milk or yogurt. It is best to be dissolved below 40oC and consume within 30 minutes.
